Back in 2015, Drake purchased a large property in Toronto for a cool $6.7 million, and now his plans for his mansion-in-the-works are being revealed. The musical hitmaker’s next home is in the Bridle Path area, and contains 35,000 square feet of living space, with a ton of lavish perks incorporated into the home.
According to reports, Drizzy’s extravagant home, which is still under construction, sits on two acres of land on 21 Park Lane Circle, and is being designed by Ferris Rafauli. The mansion’s first floor will have a fancy foyer containing two powder rooms, a covered terrace in the kitchen, an elevator, and an entire snack lounge. Moving into the entertainment room, Drake will have a complete bar, as well as two covered porches for his hookah sessions, and a piano room. There will be even be a 10-car garage and an awards room that will leave room for more awards that the successful More Life artist could earn in the future.
Details of the second floor include a 914 square foot master bedroom with terraces, a steam shower with a skylight in the bathroom, a separate wing with four guest bedrooms, as well as two dressing rooms, which could imply that Drake is saving one for his potential wife some day.
The two floors are not all the home will have to offer as far as luxury living, as the lower level will have a complete spa, with two saunas and a massage room, a “jersey museum” for his basketball memorabilia, mystery chambers that contain unknown “important artifacts,” a full lounge, as well as a near-NBA-regulation-size court.
Of course, any home of the frequent party-thrower wouldn’t be complete without a full pool, which will come with a hot tub that has a projector screen behind it and two separate bar areas. Reports also say there will be a movie and screening room for Drizzy and his guests.
It’s safe to say that everyone will be begging Drake for a place to stay in his lavish new spot, but there’s no word on when the plans will be completed.
